Are you a student with a passion for cutting edge technology?
Want to see how a startup operates from the inside?
Do you love fast-paced problem-solving?
What is it?
We invite you to take part in a weeklong challenge in 4th Office’s London headquarters at SecondHome. Working in teams of 3, successful applicants will be tasked with solving a real-world tech or programming problem, under the mentorship of the 4th Office team, including among others an ex-Google product manager and Microsoft and SAP engineers.
Teams will be rated after each challenge, with the overall winners announced at the end of the summer. As well as fully immersing yourself in a fast-paced startup environment, we’ll encourage you to enjoy the sites and sounds of London during your stay.
How do I sign up?
You can apply here until the 2nd of June (deadline has been postponed!).
If shortlisted, you will be invited for a face-to-face or Skype interview, so we can get to know you better.
We will announce the final list of successful London Challenge participants at the end of June 2016.
Who can apply?
There are a total of 12 spaces up for grabs (team of three x 4 challenges). We invite applications from anyone currently studying at university level (Bachelors, Master or PHD). A passion for cutting edge technology is a must. In particular, we would love to hear from you if you’re interested in programming and artificial intelligence.
When is it happening?
The four challenges will take place during July and August. Please select dates in the application form.
How much does it cost?
Selected applicants will pay a fee of 100€ . This covers flights, a week of accommodation, a pass for London transport during your stay and a food allowance.
